Satisfaction Guarantee

Within 30 days of receipt, if you are not satisfied with ZzzBand, we will refund your purchase price. Please request a return authorization by emailing us at info@departureproducts.com. Enter “Return Request” in the subject line. Include the date of purchase, your name, address and phone number. We appreciate your feedback as to why you are returning the product. We will issue a return authorization.  The product must be returned in like new condition (no wear or damage) at your expense. We suggest USPS First Class Mail for packages, as they will provide tracking information (with in Continuous US is approx. $2.54 for 3 oz.)  Refunds will be made after receipt and inspection of goods by Departure Products LLC. Postage due upon receipt by Departure Products will be deducted from your refund.
