Defect Guarantee

In the case you receive product with defects you must contact us at info@departureproducts.com within 7 days of receipt to request a return authorization number and postage paid label. Enter “Defect” in the subject line. Include date of purchase, your name, address, phone number, and a description of the defect. Product must not be worn or damaged after receipt. A replacement ZzzBand will be shipped after receipt of the defective product by Departure Products LLC.
